Emeriti is pleased to offer you the Emeriti Rx Debit card.
This card is available for you, your spouse (or domestic partner), and/ or other qualified dependents.
We hope you enjoy this exciting feature of the Emeriti Retirement Healthcare Savings Program.
There is no fee for this optional service.
The card can only be used for qualified prescription drug expenses. You will need a minimum of $250 in total Emeriti Health Account funds to use the card at participating point-of-purchase locations, including most local pharmacies. The card can also be used to set up recurring mail- order prescription delivery. You’ll have no claim forms to complete, and you won’t have to wait to get a check in the mail. Please read the information in this packet to learn more.
Do this before ordering your card.
Before your card can be issued, you will need to transfer assets in your Emeriti Health Account to the TIAA-CREF Money Market Mutual Fund. You can do this online at TIAA.org or by calling the Emeriti Service Center at 866-363-7484 and selecting option #3.
When you swipe your debit card, the system automatically verifies that your account is active and that you have enough funds in your TIAA-CREF Money Market Mutual Fund for the full amount of prescription expenses. If there are insufficient funds, the transaction will be denied.
Ordering your card is as easy as 1-2-3!
To order the Emeriti Rx Debit Card, complete the form and return it to CBIZ RPS, Emeriti’s reimbursement claims administrator.
