Life Insurance through Unum
At no cost to you, Kalamazoo College enrolls eligible retirees into our Retiree Policy for a benefit amount of $3,500 through Unum. To update beneficiaries, please use the Unum Beneficiary Designation Form to name your life insurance beneficiaries.
Medicare Open Enrollment Period
Medicare’s open enrollment period is from October 15, 2025 through December 7, 2025.
Interacting with your Retiree Health Savings Account
As part of Emeriti’s administrative partnership OneBridge, eligible retirees are able to:
- Receive updated debit cards for both prescription and medical claims.
- Have the ability to request reimbursements for qualified health expenses without having to first transfer funds to the money market mutual fund.
- Have access to a simpler, streamlined claims process.
