Faculty and Staff Identification Card Request – Human Resources

Welcome to Kalamazoo College! As a new colleague, you need an identification (ID) card. Complete the form below to get started.

What you will need

Your Kalamazoo College employee number
- ^Hint Look for an email from Human Resources which will contain your number.
Your primary department name
A photo of yourself

What you get

A beautiful wallet-sized Kalamazoo College identification card. You will be able to

Access your building during off-hours,
Access the Natatorium, Fitness and Wellness Center, and other non-residential campus buildings,

How you will get your ID card

Please allow 72 hours from your submission, then stop by Human Resources during regular business hours to pick up your ID card. Human Resources is on the first floor of Mandelle Hall. We are generally available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm when classes are in session.
