Faculty and Staff Identification Card Request

Welcome to Kalamazoo College! As a new colleague, you need an identification (ID) card. Complete the form below to get started.

What you will need

  1. Your Kalamazoo College employee number
    • Hint Look for an email from Human Resources which will contain your number.
  2. Your primary department name
  3. A photo of yourself
    • Hint A clear, front-facing, head and shoulders photo works best
  4. A fun fact about yourself
    • Your fun fact may be shared at a future campus gathering

What you get

A beautiful wallet-sized Kalamazoo College identification card. You will be able to

  • Access your building during off-hours,
  • Access the Natatorium, Fitness and Wellness Center, and other non-residential campus buildings,
  • Enter regular season athletic contests at Kalamazoo College, and
  • Get a discount at the Kalamazoo College Bookstore.

How you will get your ID card

Please allow 72 hours from your submission, then stop by Campus Safety to pick up your card. Campus Safety is located on the second floor of the Hicks Student Center.
