Short Term Disability

All benefits-eligible faculty and staff are eligible for compensation continuation, paid at 60%, for up to six months in the event of the employee’s own serious health condition. This benefit is subject to approved medical support, is paid through payroll, and is taxable. Employees may use available vacation and/or emergency/sick time to supplement short-term disability benefits.
