As students enter quarantine/isolation (Q/I), we ask that supervisors afford their student-employees as much flexibility as possible during the Q/I period. Please extend appropriate accommodations on work assignments by assigning virtual work as is possible. If there is no virtual work to be done, we would like to keep the student financially whole.

In order to do this, we will need to hire the student into a different position code. The form below is used for this purpose.This position is coded such that the crisis response division is being charged the compensation during this time.  Therefore, appropriate auditing must occur to ensure students are only provided this code when virtual work cannot be offered.  We appreciate your assistance in this endeavor.
