In this role, you will:
- Build meaningful relationships with students, especially first-generation and out‑of‑region students
- Partner with student organizations, campus offices, and external community resources
- Supervise student employees and help shape the mission and vision of the Intercultural Center
- Develop inclusive programs that foster social, academic, and professional growth
- Lead assessment projects that strengthen student learning and guide institutional decisions
You’re a great fit if you have:
- A Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field
- Experience supporting multicultural or intercultural student communities
- Compassion, humor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive student development
- Leadership and assessment experience; bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
