In this role, you will:
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, alumni, and campus partners
- Represent Kalamazoo College and the K‑Plan with confidence, authenticity, and enthusiasm
- Manage an assigned recruitment territory, including travel during peak seasons
- Lead one‑on‑one and group interactions—both in person and virtually—to guide students through the college search process
- Review applications, make timely decisions, and maintain high‑touch communication throughout the admission cycle
- Help create a welcoming, memorable campus visit experience for all guests
- Support on‑ and off‑campus events, including some evenings and weekends
You’re a great fit if you have:

- You bring a sales‑minded, relationship‑driven approach to your work
- You thrive in a collaborative, high‑energy environment and embrace new ideas
- You communicate clearly, write well, and present with confidence

- You hold a bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years of experience in sales, education, or hospitality is preferred
- You’re tech‑savvy (Microsoft Office required; Slate experience a plus)
- You have a valid driver’s license and are ready for regular travel
