Benefits and Compensation Review Group
The BRCG meets frequently during the fall term. We meet less frequently during the winter and spring terms. Does not meet during the summer. The term length for a member of the Benefits Review Group is generally four years.
Conversations with employees are on an as-needed basis. The term length for an employee advisor is generally three years.
Harassment Review Board
Part of a group to consider matters involving employee and student matters, this group convenes as necessary and participates in regular skills training.
Retirement Oversight Committee
Meets approximately three times per year. The term length for a member of the Retirement Oversight Committee is generally three years.
Climate Action Plan Committee
Chaired by the AVP for Facilities Management, this committee requires a commitment of at least two hours per month. The term length is generally three years.
Search committees are ad hoc committees that are charged with selecting, or recommending, a new colleague.
