Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Employee Assistance Program
Kalamazoo College offers an expanded, integrated Mental Health/Substance Abuse (MHSA) and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit.
EAP Benefits Include (available to all employees and their dependents):
- Six (6) visits/consults per year (including counseling services that you would normally use your medical plan for)
- Coverage for: marriage and family, stress, financial/legal, and work/life balance
- Full service Member Access Portal (www.behavioralhealthsystems.com, Employer ID: KZC)
