Submit the request to hire on the student supervisor page. (K log-in required.) Human Resources will ensure that students meet the vaccination requirements of Kalamazoo College.

Students must be vaccinated in order to be on campus beginning in the summer 2021. The following resources ensure that students, faculty, and staff partner to ensure that our campus is as healthy as possible. Student supervisors are asked to notify Kalamazoo College of which students are expected on campus through either the form below for non-paid roles or through the student hiring process for paid roles.

Please have the following available.

• Student’s name
• Student’s ID number
• The reason why the student will be on-campus during summer 2021
• The date on which the student is expected to begin their summer responsibilities at K

Students are expected to submit their vaccination information once at Kalamazoo College through either the Student Health Center or through Human Resources.
