Benefits Enrollment Online will be available through Hornet HQ starting Thursday, November 14 through Friday, November 22, 2024. Enrollment in Health, Dental and Vision will be passive this year. FSA enrollment remains active as you must elect a limit annually.

- Kalamazoo College username and password (See Help Desk for assistance with any password reset needs).
- Complete the optional checklist: Passive Enrollment Action Guide.
- Review Open Enrollment Instructions.
- If enrolling in coverage, you’ll need dependents’ date(s) of birth, address, and social security number.
- Changes are effective January 1, 2025.
- Everyone must actively participate in FSA enrollment only. All other plans are passive enrollment, meaning you will keep your current plan, if you do not log into Hornet HQ to make a change.
- Instructions are posted under Files on Microsoft Teams under the Open Enrollment Team.
- Assistance is available on specific dates in ULC 118, and by appointment virtually on Microsoft Teams under the Open Enrollment Team. Message us your questions or email HR.Benefits@Kzoo.edu.

Unum Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Accident Insurance Enrollment Information
Unum packets will be emailed to those who expressed interest in purchasing new or making changes to existing coverage. Please return your enrollment packet by 11/22/2024, if you wish to make changes to your Voluntary Life or Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. You may also enroll in Accident Insurance, if you wish to, through Unum. Accident Insurance must be renewed annually if you enrolled previously.
